Ashutosh Architect & Design

Ashutosh Architect & Design is based in Pradeep Plaza. We are right on Phool Gaon Chowk Road in Durg. If you are looking for the place, we are basically in front of Chopra Place, which is a big landmark everyone knows. The office is usually busy with people coming and going. We have tables covered in sketches and computer monitors that stay on until late at night. Designing buildings is a lot of back and forth. You draw something, then you change it, then you change it again. It takes patience. Durg is a busy town and the road outside our plaza is always noisy with horns and traffic. We don't have a fancy reception desk or anything like that. You just walk in and we talk about what you need. Some people want big houses and some just want to renovate a kitchen. We take it as it comes. It's honest work and we try to keep the designs practical so people can actually live in them. Sometimes the printers jam right when we need a permit drawing, which is frustrating, but we deal with it. It’s just us doing our best to help people build their stuff. There are no big promises here, just hard work and a lot of tea to keep us going through the afternoon.
