Ashapura Bricks Industries

Our place is over at Plot No.120 in Aspur. If you’re looking for us, we’re right near the Vijya Mata Temple. You can hear the bells sometimes when there’s a ceremony going on, which is a nice break from the sound of the machines. We’ve been operating this brick industry for a bit now, and it’s mostly just a lot of red earth and hard work. The plot is big enough for what we need, though it gets crowded when we have a big batch ready. The temple is the main landmark, so we just tell people to look for that. We don't spend money on fancy brochures or things like that. The bricks speak for themselves when people see them stacked up. My hands are always rough from handling the blocks, but you get used to it after a few years. We have some regulars who come by, and we usually have a bit of a chat over some water. The weather in Aspur can be tough, especially when the wind blows the sand around. We just keep the piles covered and keep moving. It’s a steady kind of life, nothing too exciting. We show up, we make sure the bricks look alright, and we load the trucks. It's just a regular yard run by regular people who know a bit about soil and fire. We don't have a website or a big office, just a small chair and a desk where we do the books at the end of the day.
