We operate out of Dumka, specifically in the Gilan Para area. Our main spot is located at Ajay Kumar Agarwala’s place. It’s a straightforward setup where we manage all our construction projects. Dumka is a nice place to live and work, and Gilan Para is a busy enough neighborhood that we always feel like we are in the middle of things. We handle various types of construction, which means no two days are ever really the same for us. One day we might be worrying about a concrete pour and the next we are dealing with some plumbing issues or paperwork for a new site. We aren't a corporate firm with a fancy lobby. Our office is usually full of site boots, blueprints, and the smell of coffee or tea. We’ve been working in Jharkhand for a while, so we know how the weather can mess with a schedule. When the monsoon hits, everything slows down, and we just have to be patient. We like the fact that we are a local business where everyone knows each other. We don't use any marketing tricks or try to sound like we are something we're not. We are just construction people who know how to get a job finished. Most of our work comes from being around town and talking to people. It’s a simple way of doing business, and it works for us. We just keep our heads down and focus on the bricks and mortar.
