Mandal Buildcon is based out in Dumka, in a small village called Burikurba. Our office is actually at House Number 11. It’s in the Hariharpur area, under the Taljhari police station. Being in a village means our surroundings are pretty quiet compared to the big cities. We handle construction projects in and around the Dumka district. The office is just a room in the house where we keep our ledgers and project plans. Most of our staff are from the local area, so we don't have to look far for help. We spend our days visiting different sites, often traveling on bumpy village roads. It’s the kind of work where you get your hands dirty every single day. We don’t have a fancy website or a big marketing budget. Most of our work comes from people who know the Mandal name in the community. We deal with the basics of building—getting the right materials, managing the labor, and making sure the work gets done. Sometimes the weather in Dumka makes it hard to keep to a schedule, especially when the monsoon hits. But we do our best to keep things moving. We are just a group of local people who know how to build and want to keep working in our own region. It’s a straightforward business and we don’t try to make it sound like more than it is. We are just here in Burikurba, doing our work.
