G-Sadke Care Foundation

Our place is in Jaruadih, over in Purana Dumka. Md Tabrez is the one who looks after the foundation here. It is a part of town that has been around for a long time. We focus on care, which covers a lot of different things depending on the day. We aren't a big hospital or a fancy clinic. It’s more of a place where people can come when they don't know where else to go. Dumka is a small city, so news travels fast. We don't need to spend money on ads. We just try to be honest and helpful. The building we use is quite old, but it stays cool in the summer. We spend a lot of time talking to the local families about their health and their kids. It’s not a corporate environment at all. There are often people sitting on the porch waiting to chat. We don't have a strict schedule. If someone needs help, we try to be there. Md Tabrez knows almost everyone in the Jaruadih area. That makes it easier for people to trust us. We are just trying to look out for each other in this part of Jharkhand. It’s a humble life, but it’s meaningful to us. Sometimes we have to fix the door or paint the walls ourselves.
