You can find us over in Shikaripara, specifically in the Bhalpahari area. We work out of the place belonging to Sri Pardhan Kisku, son of Junawas Kisku. It’s a family-oriented spot in Dumka. The whole vibe of the place is very local. We aren't a big organization with a lot of money to spend on fancy things. We just have what we need to get the job done. Shikaripara is a place where everyone knows everyone’s business, so we try to stay on good terms with the neighbors. The drive out here can be a bit bumpy depending on the season. Jharkhand is beautiful but the roads in the rural parts aren't always perfect. We spend a lot of time just sitting and listening to people. It’s a big part of why we’re here. We don't have a website that’s updated every hour or a social media team. It’s just us. Sometimes we have to travel to Dumka town for supplies or to submit papers. That takes up most of the day. When we’re back at the office, we catch up on what we missed. It’s a steady rhythm. We aren't in a hurry to grow into something huge. Being a small part of this community is enough for us. It feels right being close to the ground like this and knowing the people around us.
