We are situated out near the Apparel Export Park Road in Dhullapally. It’s a bit out of the way, which is fine because we need the space we have here. We work with electronics, so the inside of our facility is a bit different from the other factories around Quthubllapur. We try to keep things as clean as we can, though the road outside is always dusty. We’ve got a large area with several different sections for assembly and testing. It’s a busy place with people focused on small components and circuit boards. We don't have any of those modern office perks like fancy coffee machines or lounges. We have a basic canteen and a place to sit during breaks. Most of the people working here live in the nearby villages or commute from the city. We’ve been here long enough to see the neighborhood grow around us. We don't really do any big advertising. We just focus on the contracts we have and make sure the electronics are assembled properly. Sometimes we have to stay late when a big shipment is due, and other times things are a bit more relaxed. It’s just a regular electronics plant where people come to do their jobs. We aren't interested in sounding corporate; we just want to keep the production lines moving smoothly every day without any fuss.
