B. K. Enterprises

Down here in Duliajan, our place is located in 2 No Cholakataki Village. It’s a part of the Dibrugarh district that we’ve called home for a good bit now. Running B. K. Enterprises keeps us quite busy throughout the week. We aren't tucked away in some big city office building with glass windows. Instead, we are right here where the local life happens every day. It’s more of a hands-on type of business. The roads can be a bit tricky during the monsoon season, but we manage to keep things running despite the rain. We deal with various supplies and services that people in this part of Assam require for their daily work. It’s not about being flashy or having a big corporate name with a logo everywhere. We just want to do the work that needs doing. Sometimes the power goes out or things get delayed by a day or two, but that’s just part of life in the village. We have a small crew and we all know each other and each other's families pretty well. Most of our days are spent talking to neighbors and making sure the orders are sorted out correctly. It can get a bit loud when there is work going on, but it’s a good kind of busy that keeps us moving. Being in Duliajan means we are surrounded by a lot of greenery and local activity. We just show up every morning, open the doors, and get to work. It’s a simple way to run things, and it really works for us. We just take things as they come and try to stay helpful.
