If you are looking for us in Sopore, we are right in the Down Town area. We are located very close to the petrol pump, which is the easiest way to find the building. It’s a busy part of town with a lot of people moving around all day. Inside the office, things can get a bit hectic. The phones ring quite a bit with people asking about bus times or tickets. We have some chairs for people to sit on while they wait for us to check the schedules on the computer. It’s not a very big space, but we make it work. There are always maps and printouts lying around on the counters. Sometimes the internet is slow and we have to tell people to wait a few minutes while we refresh the page. We deal with all sorts of travel stuff, mostly just helping people get from one place to another without too much trouble. The staff knows the local routes well because we live around here too. We see the same faces passing by the window every day. It gets loud outside with the cars and the noise from the pump, but we are used to it by now. We usually close up once the sun starts setting and the street gets a bit quieter. It’s just a local office doing what we can to help people get where they need to go. We don't do anything fancy, just the basics.
