It is a quiet place compared to the big cities, but there is always something going on in the village square. Our workshop is where we spend most of our hours, surrounded by fabrics, threads, and whatever projects we have going on at the time. It is a bit of a squeeze when we have a lot of orders, with things piled up on the worktables. We started this because we wanted to do something local and stay close to home. Most of the people who come to us are neighbors or folks from the nearby villages who have heard about what we do through word of mouth. We don't really do much advertising because everyone around here knows where we are. Sometimes the rains make the roads a bit muddy, which slows things down, but that is just part of living in this part of Dhule. We take pride in the stuff we make, even if we are just a small outfit in a rural area. The morning tea at the local shop is a daily ritual before we start the machines. It is a simple life here in Dondaicha, and we are happy to keep our little business running as long as the community needs us. We just keep our heads down and do the work every day.
