Sri Benaka Auto Paints

You'll find us at No.1, Pandit Patil Compound, which is near Gr Patil College on the Kalyan Shilphata Road. This area is called Sonarpada, over in Dombivali East. Sri Benaka Auto Paints has been in this compound for a while now. It’s a busy spot because of the college and the main road nearby. Our shop is where we keep all our paints and thinners for cars and bikes. It’s a practical space. We don't have any fancy decorations on the walls. Mostly, you’ll just see rows of cans and some samples we’ve sprayed on old bits of metal to show the colors. The noise from the Shilphata Road is constant, but we’ve stopped noticing it after all these years. We get quite a few students walking past, and a lot of garage owners who need supplies. We try to be helpful, even if we’re in the middle of a big mess while mixing something. Sometimes we don't have the exact color in stock and have to order it from the city, which takes a bit of time. We just tell our customers honestly how long it will take. It’s a small family-run type of place. We don't have a big corporate office or anything like that. Just a desk with a ledger and a lot of paint. It can get a bit cluttered with empty boxes, but we clear them out every few days. The rain sometimes leaks a little near the back door, but we've got a bucket there.
