Our shop is Number 9 in Om Sai Smruti CHS, located in Star Colony on Manpada Road in Dombiwali East. We’re right behind the Saibaba Mandir, so you can often hear the bells and the prayers from the temple while we’re working. It’s a decent little spot, though Manpada Road gets incredibly crowded during rush hour. We deal with medical equipment, mostly just keeping things in stock and getting them to the clinics and doctors who need them. The shop is small and filled with boxes from floor to ceiling. It can be a bit of a squeeze when a big delivery arrives. We aren't a big corporation with a fancy showroom. It’s just a practical space where we get work done. We’ve been in Dombiwali for a long time and know most of the people on our block. Sometimes neighbors just stop by to say hello. It’s a friendly atmosphere, even if the work itself is quite serious. We spend a lot of time on the phone or checking invoices. There’s always something to do, whether it’s cleaning the shop or organizing the latest shipment. We like it here because it’s close to home for most of us, and being near the temple gives the place a nice feel. We just focus on getting the right boxes to the right people on time every day, making sure the orders are packed up correctly.
