Our office is number 207 in the Sonata Commercial Complex, which is on Plot No. 46/1 in the MIDC area of Dombivli East. Being in an industrial zone like MIDC means things are always moving around us. It’s a lot of trucks and people working, which suits us just fine. We handle chemical and pharma-related stuff. The office is pretty basic—we have what we need to work and not much else. We don't have a receptionist in a suit or a fancy waiting room. If you come by, you'll probably just see us at our desks surrounded by files and product lists. We like the convenience of being in Dombivli East because it’s a central spot for many of our suppliers and partners. The Sonata complex is easy enough to find. We've been here for a while, and we've gotten used to the rhythm of the industrial estate. Some days are louder than others, especially when there’s construction or heavy loading nearby. We just focus on our own work, making sure our accounts are straight and our clients get what they need. It’s not a glamorous life, but it’s honest work and it keeps the lights on. We don't feel the need to be more than what we are—a local business doing its part. We try to stay organized even when things get a bit messy during busy months.
