Pranav Pharmachem

Pranav Pharmachem is located over in Dombivili East, right in the Nandev Cooperative Housing Society. It is a bit of a walk from the station, but it is a good neighborhood. We are in A-104, which is basically an apartment turned into an office space. Being on Rajaji Path, Cross Lane-1, means we are right in the middle of where people actually live. It is not some sterile industrial zone. You hear the sounds of the neighborhood all day, kids playing or people going to the market. We deal with a lot of chemical paperwork and orders here. It is a small setup, mostly just a few desks and a lot of files piled up. Av Samant started things here and we have just kept it going. The commute can be a bit of a pain during the rush hour on the local trains, but once you get to the office, it is fairly calm. We spend our time talking to suppliers and making sure the orders are correct. It is a lot of detail work. Sometimes the society members stop by to say hello. We do not have a big HR department or a cafeteria; we just eat our tiffins at our desks and talk about whatever is on TV. It is a simple way to run a business. We focus on getting the chemicals moved from point A to point B without making a big deal out of it.
