We are Igma Glasstech Pvt. Ltd., and we operate out of Ravindra Nagar. Our place is easy to spot because it’s right opposite the Savla Ptel Pump. Having a petrol pump across the street is actually quite handy for directions. People always know where that is. We’ve been in Ravindra Nagar for a long time, and we’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit over the years. The shop itself is pretty functional. We have a lot of glass around, as you might expect, so we have to be careful where we walk. It’s not a fancy corporate headquarters with glass elevators. It’s more of a workshop feel. We have a few machines and a lot of tools. The staff here is mostly local people who have been with us for years. We know each other's families and what’s going on in the town. We don't really have a big sales team. Usually, if someone wants something, they just come in and talk to us. We try to be helpful and just give people what they are looking for without making it complicated. The floor is often dusty from the work, and it can get a bit hot in the afternoons, but we have a few fans going. It’s just a regular local business doing its thing. We’ve been here since the start.
