Our shop is number 3 at Hira Panna C.H.S. Limited. We are located right next to the Hira Panna Market in the Nandivil Panchanand P & T Colony area of Dombivli. We’ve been here for quite some time now, offering chemical services and supplies. It is a niche kind of business, but we are just local folks. The shop is small and full of various containers and equipment. It often has a faint smell of chemicals, but we don't notice it much anymore. We spend a lot of our day measuring things out and making sure the labels are correct. It’s important work, but it isn't very glamorous. We don't have a big storefront with bright lights. Most people who come to us already know what they are looking for. We aren't interested in using corporate talk or making things sound more complicated than they are. We just tell our customers what we can do and how much it will cost. Sometimes the market nearby gets so crowded that it is hard to find parking, which can be a bit of a headache for us and our visitors. We just take it in stride. It’s a good community and we know the other shop owners around here. We just want to do our job quietly and keep the business going for another few years.
