Aarambh Recruitments

We operate out of Flat No. 6 in Parkar Sadan, which is located on Tandan Road. It’s a nice enough spot, quite close to Thakur Hall, so it’s easy to tell people how to get here. Aarambh Recruitments is basically just a few of us in a converted flat, working through stacks of resumes and making a lot of phone calls. We don't have a big corporate lobby or anything like that. People coming in for interviews usually just sit in the main room while we finish up with someone else. It is a very hands-on kind of place. We spend most of our hours trying to match people with different jobs that come across our desks. Tandan Road can be a bit tight with parking, but it’s a central location for folks coming from different parts of the city. We’ve been here long enough that the local shopkeepers know us. The vibe in the office is usually pretty casual, though things get a bit frantic when we have a big deadline for a client. We just use regular desks and computers, nothing too high-tech or flashy. It’s about talking to people and hearing their stories, then seeing where they might fit. We don't use any fancy scripts, we just talk to the candidates like normal people. It’s a lot of coordination and keeping track of who is going where. It's simple work that keeps us busy from morning until evening.
