You can find Diksha Chemicals at 207/A in the Mangaldeep Apartment. This is on N.S.S. Road in Dombivli West. If you know the area, we are directly opposite the Pritam Hotel. It’s a very busy part of Dombivli. There is always a lot of noise from the traffic and the people walking to and from the station. Our space is inside the apartment building, so it’s more of an office setup than a shop. We have a few rooms where we keep our files and samples. It’s a bit cramped because we have a lot of stuff packed into a small area. The walls are covered with charts and old calendars. We spend most of our day on the phone or working on the computer. Since we are in a residential building, we try to keep things relatively quiet, but the doorbell rings pretty often with couriers. N.S.S. Road is one of those places where something is always happening, so we never feel isolated. We’ve got a small balcony where we keep some empty containers and a few plants that probably need more water. It’s not the most glamorous place to work, but it’s where we’ve built everything. We know the shopkeepers downstairs and the guys at the hotel across the street. It feels like we are part of the neighborhood. We just keep our heads down and handle the chemical business one order at a time, making sure the paperwork matches the deliveries.
