Connectwell Industries Pvt. Ltd. is based out of D-7 in Phase II of the M.I.D.C area. Being in an industrial zone like M.I.D.C means there is always a lot of activity around us. There are trucks moving and other businesses doing their things nearby. Our building at D-7 is a functional space, designed for work rather than looks. We have been here for a good amount of time now. The inside is divided into different sections for the office work and whatever else needs doing for the day. It’s not a polished corporate headquarters. It feels like a real workplace where things actually happen. The floors are concrete, and the desks are old but sturdy. We don't have a big marketing team or anyone to make things sound better than they are. We just focus on the industry tasks at hand. Phase II is a large area, so sometimes people get turned around trying to find us, but once you see the D-7 sign, you know you're in the right place. The weather can get quite hot in the afternoons, but we just keep the fans going and stay busy. It’s a basic, honest environment. We don't use a lot of big words to describe what we do. We just come in, work through the list of things to do, and make sure everything is handled before the day ends. It’s just how we operate here in Phase II.
