Bhawani Appliances

Bhawani Appliances is located over at B2 Ganesh Krupa in Dombivili East. It’s a typical neighborhood shop. We have been here for a good amount of time, mostly dealing with the usual things people need for their homes. If you walk from the station, it takes a few minutes, and you’ll find us easily. The shop isn't very large, so we have to stack things carefully. You might see a mixer sitting next to a toaster on a shelf that’s a bit wobbly. We don’t mind. It feels like home to us. Usually, there is a bit of dust because the road outside is always busy with rickshaws and people heading to the market. We spend our mornings cleaning the glass counters and checking what needs to be fixed. People from the nearby buildings often drop in just to ask a question or see if we have a spare part for an old stove. It’s a friendly place. We don’t try to act like a big corporate store. We just want to make sure the stuff we sell actually works for the folks living around here. Sometimes the fan in the corner makes a loud clicking noise, but we’ve gotten used to it. Dombivili East has a lot of energy, especially in the evenings when everyone is coming back from work. We usually stay open late enough to catch those people. It’s just us, working away in Ganesh Krupa, and we are happy with that.
