Autocar Colours & Coatings Private Limited

We’re over at Plot No. 3 and 4 in Sonar Pada. It’s just off the Kalyan Shilphata Road, near the Sudama Patil Compound in Dombivli East. Autocar Colours & Coatings Private Limited is basically a place where we mix a lot of paint and coatings. The floor is usually covered in different colored drips and splashes. It’s just part of the job when you’re dealing with liquids all day. We have big mixers and rows of cans waiting to be filled. The air always smells a bit like solvent and fresh paint. It’s a busy neighborhood with a lot of trucks moving in and out of the compounds around us. We don't have a fancy showroom. Most people who come here are looking for specific coatings and they know we’re back here in the industrial section. Our team is pretty small and we all pitch in where needed. Sometimes that means loading the delivery truck ourselves when things get backed up. It’s not a glamorous life, but it’s what we know. We don't use any high-end marketing talk. We just tell people what we have and try to get the colors right. The heat in Dombivli can be something else in the summer, but we just keep the doors open and get on with it. It’s a decent place to work and we’ve got a good routine going. We aren't trying to be the biggest, just want to do the work right and stay busy enough.
