Runa Chemicals Private Limited operates out of two spots, W-11 and W-23, both in the Phase II MIDC area. We are located right along Kalyan Sheel Road, which is always packed with traffic and lorries. Having two units means someone is always running back and forth between the two buildings to check on things. It’s a bit of a walk, especially when it’s humid out, but we are used to it by now. The work we do involves a lot of chemicals and careful mixing. It is a noisy environment sometimes, with the pumps and the sounds of the road outside. Our team consists of local people who know this industrial belt well. We don't have a big corporate office; we mostly spend our time on the shop floor or in the small office space we have. There’s always a lot of paperwork to fill out for the shipments. Kalyan Sheel Road can be a nightmare during rush hour, so we try to time our deliveries as best as we can. It’s a straightforward business. We focus on the daily tasks, making sure the drums are filled and the orders are ready for pickup. Some days are longer than others, especially when a machine needs fixing or a big delivery arrives late. We just keep at it, day in and day out, making sure the work gets finished. It’s a busy life here in the MIDC, and we just try to keep up with it.
