Sai Vamsee Projects

You can find us over at Lguda in the Vamsee Residency building. We are up on the fifth floor in Flat No 501. It is a regular apartment that we’ve turned into our workspace. Being at H. No 1-2-21 puts us right in the middle of things. We have a few desks set up and plenty of files stacked in the corners. Most of our day is spent looking at project plans or talking on the phone. From the window, you can see the rooftops and the street below. It is a busy area, so there is always the sound of horns and traffic coming up from the ground. We drink a lot of tea while we work through the paperwork. It isn't a large corporate office with a receptionist. Usually, it's just us sitting around the table discussing the next steps for our projects. Sometimes clients come by to see how things are moving along. We try to keep things organized, but sometimes the maps and drawings end up all over the floor. It’s a practical way to work, staying close to where the action is in Lguda. We’ve been in this residency for a while now, so the guards and neighbors all know us. It’s a steady routine of meetings, phone calls, and site visits. We don’t have any big signs, just the number on the door. It is a quiet place to get our work done without too many distractions.
