Shiva Sai Provisions

Shiva Sai Provisions is right here on Stadium Road. Most days start pretty early because people in Chickballapur Ho need their things before work. The shop isn't huge, but we keep it full of what people actually use in their kitchens. It gets a bit dusty outside sometimes with the traffic, but that’s just how the neighborhood is. We spend a lot of time just moving bags around and making sure the rice and dal are in the right bins. Sometimes the delivery truck is late and it’s a bit of a mess for an hour or so. You get to know who likes which brand of tea or which soaps are popular this month. It’s mostly just us keeping things running and chatting with whoever walks in. The door sticks a little when it rains, so you have to give it a good push. We’ve been on this street for a while now, watching the kids grow up and go to the school nearby. It’s quiet in the afternoons when the sun is hot, then it picks up again in the evening. We don’t really do fancy displays or anything like that. It’s just a regular place where you get your oil, sugar, and whatever else is on your list for the week. We try to keep things organized but sometimes boxes pile up near the back. That's just how it goes when you're busy.
