We are located out at Chikkahagade Cross, right along the Chandapura to Anekal Main Road. It is a fairly long drive from the middle of the city, so the campus feels like its own little world once you get here. There are a lot of different buildings spread out across the land. We have students coming from all sorts of places, and many of them end up staying on-site because of the distance. The days are usually pretty long. You will see people walking between the different blocks for their lectures or heading over to the canteen for a quick meal between classes. It is a busy place, but it doesn't feel like some polished corporate office. There is always someone working on a project or just sitting under a tree with a laptop. We have our fair share of administrative hurdles, like trying to keep the schedules from clashing and making sure the science labs have the right equipment. The main road outside gets quite a lot of heavy truck traffic, so it is always a relief to step inside the gates. We don't spend much time on fancy presentations about ourselves. We just run the courses and keep the library open late for those who need it. The staff works out of various offices tucked away in the different departments. It is a large operation to manage, but we just take it one day at a time, making sure exams happen and results eventually get posted.
