Our business, Saraswati Agro Products Limited, is located at 5-11-18, Chintamani Road in Shidlaghatta. This part of town is always moving, and being on Chintamani Road means we are right in the thick of the local trade. We process various agro products, so the building is often noisy with the sound of machinery and the steady rhythm of workers loading up trucks. It is a functional space, mostly a large warehouse with a small area partitioned off for the office stuff. We don't have any fancy decorations on the walls, just some calendars and clipboards. Our team is small, and most of us have been working here in Shidlaghatta for years. We don't spend money on advertising or promotional materials because most people find us through word of mouth or long-standing relationships. The work is physical and the days are long, often starting before the sun is fully up. We check the quality of every bag that comes through our doors at 5-11-18. If it isn't right, we don't take it.
