People around here know us as Onshore Con.Com.Pvt.Ltd. We are based out of Tethar village in the Banihal area. It is a quiet place in the Rambam district of Jammu & Kashmir. Shafqat Yousaf Wani runs things from here. Working in the mountains has its own set of challenges, especially when the weather turns cold or the roads get blocked. We don't have a big fancy office building with glass windows. It’s just a regular setup in the village where we handle our paperwork and meetings. Life moves a bit slower here than in the big cities, and we like it that way. Most of the people we work with are from nearby towns or people who know the geography of this Pin 182146 area. We just try to get the work finished on time. Sometimes the electricity goes out, or the internet is patchy, but that is just part of living in Tethar. We have been at this location for some time now. You can find us if you ask for the Wani house or the post office area. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to stay busy and take care of what needs doing. It’s a local business through and through. The scenery is nice, even if the work is hard sometimes. We just keep going, day by day.
