Operating out of Village-Mudoi in the Changlang district is quite a task, mostly because of the roads and the distance from the big cities. Radhamani Exports Ltd. has been based here for some time now. We handle a lot of different goods that need to go out to other places. It involves a lot of packing, checking lists, and waiting for trucks to arrive at the Post Office in Inow. Some days are slow, and other days we’re all rushing to get everything boxed up before the sun goes down. It’s not a glamorous job. There is a lot of dust and plenty of heavy lifting involved. Our team is mostly local people from the Diyun tehsil who know the land well. We don’t have a big corporate office with glass walls; it’s more of a functional space where we can get the work done. Things don't always go according to plan, like when a shipment gets delayed because of rain, but we just manage it. We've learned to be patient out here. The paperwork can be a headache, but it’s part of the trade. We just want to make sure the stuff from our corner of the world reaches where it needs to go. It’s a bit of a trek to find us, but we’re always here working away in the warehouse to make things happen.
