Balaji Soda Shop

Balaji Soda Shop is a small place located at Shop No-03 on Diu Road. We are right near Shah H D High School, which means we get a lot of noise and energy from the students when they finish their classes for the day. The shop is quite narrow, so we have to be very organized with how we stack the crates and where we keep the gas cylinders. Most of our work involves prepping the flavors and making sure the carbonation is just right. We’ve been on Diu Road for a while now and we know all the other shopkeepers nearby. It’s a tight-knit spot. We don't do any big marketing or anything like that. We just put our sign out front and wait for people to come in. The work can be physically demanding, especially when the delivery trucks arrive and we have to move everything by hand. We aren't a big corporation, just a local shop trying to make ends meet. Sometimes the machines act up and we have to spend the afternoon fixing them, but that's part of the job. We keep things simple and honest. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to provide a cold drink to the people walking by the school or heading down the road. It is just the way we like to run things here.
