Radharani Tea Co.

Our place is in Kalchini, specifically in the Villpostp.S. area within the Alipurduar district. It is a quiet spot, surrounded by the greenery that this part of the country is known for. We have been running Radharani Tea Co. for quite some time, and it has become a huge part of our daily lives. We aren't a massive corporation with fancy offices in the city. Instead, we work right where the tea is grown and processed. The air always smells like fresh leaves, which is one of the perks of being out here. Our team is made up of people from the nearby villages who have been working with tea for their whole lives. We don't really have a formal way of doing things; we just follow the seasons and the weather. When the picking starts, everyone is busy from morning until night. We don't use any complicated marketing strategies or spend money on glossy brochures. If people like the tea we produce, they come back for more. That is how we have always operated. The machinery we use is old but reliable, and we spend a lot of time keeping it in good shape. There are days when the road to the village is rough, but we still manage to get our shipments out. It is hard work, but it is what we know and what we do every single day.
