If you head over to Raju Complex on Scheme Road, you will find us on the second floor at 75/38. It is a bit of a climb up the stairs, but we don’t mind it. The complex is an older building, and it has that specific smell of old paper and concrete that you get in these types of places. We have been set up in this office for a good while, and it serves us well for the kind of property work we do. Being on the second floor means we get a bit of a view of Scheme Road, though it’s mostly just watching the traffic and people going about their business. The office is cluttered with folders and notes we’ve taken over the years. We aren't the type to have everything perfectly organized in glass cabinets. It’s more of a working space where things get done. Sometimes it gets a bit warm in the afternoon when the sun hits the windows, so we keep the fan going all day. People find us when they need help navigating the local real estate scene without all the extra fluff. We just give them the facts and show them what is available. Raju Complex is a busy spot with different businesses coming and going, but we’ve stayed put. It’s a simple, honest place to work, and we are happy to be here.
