Sriragadeepam Chits Private Limited is located at No 1/3, right near the GH and across from Kaliamman Kovil Street in Meenatchipuram. Natham is a quiet enough area but being near the hospital means there is always someone walking by. Our office is just a simple room where we do our work. People know us because we’ve been in this Dindigul spot for a bit. We spend most of our time looking at books and making sure the monthly collections are right. Sometimes the temple bells next door are quite loud, but you get used to it after a week or two. It’s a local operation, nothing like those big offices you see in the cities. We have a few chairs for visitors and a table that has seen better days. It gets dusty because of the road, so we are always wiping things down. Most of our members are neighbors or people from around the taluk who come in on their way to the market. We keep things going one day at a time. The heat in Dindigul can be quite something in May, so we usually have the door open to catch a breeze. It’s just us here, doing the paperwork and making sure everything adds up correctly. There’s no big sign or anything flashy, just the name on the door. It feels right for a place like Natham. We just try to stay organized and help the people who come by with their savings.
