Sai Beautician & Online Services

Sai Beautician & Online Services is located over on Palani Road, right near Pensioner Street. It is a bit of an unusual mix, having beauty work and computer services in the same place, but it works for us. One side has the chairs and mirrors for hair and skin stuff, and the other side has the computer and printer. It stays quite busy because people come in for a haircut and then remember they need to print a form or check something online. We do a lot of government application work and basic internet browsing for people who aren't comfortable with computers. At the same time, we might be helping someone get ready for a small family function. It gets a bit crowded on Saturdays, with the smell of hair products and the sound of the printer going at the same time. The shop isn't very big, so we have to be careful not to trip over the wires. We’ve been here a while and most of the people living on Pensioner Street know us well. We keep a few chairs outside for when the waiting area gets full. It’s a lot of multi-tasking, jumping from a keyboard to a comb, but that’s just how our day goes. We don't have a big staff, just us doing everything as it comes.
