Plant World

So, Plant World is out in Narasigapuram, near the post office area. The specific spot is in A.Vellodu. It’s a bit of a drive if you’re coming from the bigger towns, but it’s a nice area with a lot of space, which is what we need for all the plants. We spend a lot of time out in the dirt, checking on things and making sure everything is growing like it should. The weather out here in A.Vellodu can be a bit unpredictable, so we’re always keeping an eye on the sky. It’s not a fancy business with big offices; it’s mostly just us outdoors or in the sheds. My boots are usually covered in mud by ten in the morning, but that’s just part of the job. People come by Narasigapuram looking for specific things for their gardens, and we just show them what we’ve got sitting around. We don't really have a big sales pitch or anything. If a plant looks good and someone wants it, that’s that. The post office is a good landmark if people get lost trying to find us. It’s a quiet life out here, away from the city noise. We just keep busy with the watering and the potting. It’s a lot of manual work, and our hands are never really clean, but we like being out here in the fresh air instead of stuck inside.
