Paneer In Dindigul

We set up Paneer In Dindigul inside the Duddley School Complex on Salai Road. It's a handy location since it’s near Poorvika Mobiles, so there’s always people walking around. We focus on paneer, as the name suggests. It's a small place, mostly just a spot to handle orders and keep the product fresh. We get our milk from nearby and turn it into paneer blocks. It’s a messy process with all the water and whey, but we’ve got a routine down now. We supply to local restaurants and also to families who want some for their dinner. We don't have any flashy signs or anything like that. Just the unit where we work. Sometimes the demand goes up during festival seasons, and we end up staying late to finish everything. It’s just a few of us working here. We try to keep things simple and tidy. The Salai Road area is always busy, so getting deliveries out can be a bit of a challenge with the traffic. We’ve been here for a bit and people know us for being consistent. We don’t talk much about visions or anything, we just make the paneer and sell it. It's a practical business. If someone needs a few kilos, they just stop by the complex and find us at number 16. It is what it is.
