Chirpi Engineering & Builders

We are Chirpi Engineering & Builders and you can find us at 9 and 10 in the Amman Complex on Rajaji Salai. Our office is on the upstairs level of the building. Being on Rajaji Salai means we are right in the thick of things. There is always noise from the street below, which keeps us awake and moving. The Amman Complex is a well-known building in this area. Our workspace is pretty basic. We have some drafting tables and desks for our engineering and building work. It is often a bit messy with blueprints and tools lying around, but that is just because we are actually working. We do not have a big team of marketers or anything. It is just us builders and engineers trying to get the projects finished on time. We spend a lot of time talking to suppliers and checking on the work we have going on. The upstairs office gives us a bit of a view of the street, which is nice when we need a quick break. We start our day early before the heat gets too bad. It is a very hands-on kind of place. We do not bother with fancy decorations. We just have what we need to get the job done properly. People who come to see us are usually locals who know the Amman Complex well. It is a solid, straightforward place to work from every day.
