Nataraja Spices

You can find Nataraja Spices over at number 45 on Dhanushkodi Road. We are based in the Palani Maaligai building. It’s a familiar spot for folks around here. We spend our days dealing with whole spices and powders. It is a very hands-on job, and our clothes usually end up smelling like cumin or coriander by the time we go home. We don’t have any fancy marketing teams or big slogans. We just work hard in our space and hope people like what we do. The building is old but it serves us well. We’ve set up our equipment in a way that makes sense for us, even if it looks a bit cluttered to an outsider. There is always something to do, whether it’s cleaning the machines or checking the latest delivery of raw seeds. We don’t try to act like we are some huge corporation. We are just a local team doing our thing. Sometimes it’s a bit chaotic when several orders come in at once, but we figure it out. We like being on Dhanushkodi Road because it feels like we are part of the neighborhood. It’s a lot of manual labor, but it keeps us busy and we like the rhythm of it. We just focus on the daily tasks and try to stay on top of everything. We don't have any glossy pictures of our factory, just the actual workspace where the grinding happens every day. It’s not fancy, but it is where we spend all our time.
