At Lsj Foods we are located at 96 EB Colony in Batlagundu. It’s a pretty quiet neighborhood for the most part which makes it a decent place to work. We have a small facility where we handle all the food stuff that comes through. Most of the day is spent checking batches and making sure things are packed up the right way. We aren't some big factory with robots. It is mostly just us doing things by hand or using simple machines that we’ve had for a long time. Sometimes the weather gets really humid and we have to be extra careful with how we store things so nothing spoils. We have a few delivery trucks that come in and out during the week which is usually the busiest time for us. The rest of the time we are just focused on the preparation side of things. We don't really have a front desk or a receptionist because we are usually all in the back working on the products. If someone stops by they usually just yell for one of us. We have grown slowly over the years but we still feel like a small local operation. We don't spend money on fancy advertisements or anything like that because word of mouth in Batlagundu usually does the trick for us. It is just a practical way to run things and it keeps us grounded in what we are doing.
