We don’t have a fancy waiting room with magazines; usually, people just stand around and chat with us while we take a look at their equipment. We aren't a big corporate firm with a board of directors; we are more like a family-run business where everyone chips in. We’ve been on Cheranmahadevi Road for a long time and have seen many businesses come and go. Our focus is just on the task at hand, making sure the hydraulic seals and pumps we work on are functioning as they should. We don’t use any slick sales pitches. Most of our work comes from farmers or local transporters who just want their machines back in the field or on the road. We do our best to help them out without any unnecessary delay or fancy talk.
