Essar Construction

Essar Construction is located at 20, Red Cross Road in the Shanmugapuram area of Palani. It is a quiet street for the most part, which we appreciate when we are trying to look over technical drawings. Being in Tamilnadu, the sun is usually pretty strong, so we keep the blinds drawn in the middle of the day. The office is a straightforward space with white walls and some old wooden furniture that has been with us for years. We don’t have any high-tech gadgets, just the basics that we need to get the job done. Palani is a good place to work, and we feel lucky to have our office here. Most of our work involves being out on the road, checking on progress at different sites, but the Red Cross Road office is where we handle the money and the planning. Sometimes we sit outside on the small porch to have our lunch and watch the occasional car go by. It’s a very practical way of living and working. We don’t try to impress anyone with a big showroom or fancy talk. If you come by, you’ll just see us working through our tasks and maybe hear a radio playing quietly in the corner. Mostly we just put our heads down and do the work that is in front of us without making any noise about it or pretending to be something else.
