Coffee Export & Import

Out here in Pattiveeranpatti, things move at their own pace. Our office is located at H 2/15 in R. M. Colony. It is a quiet enough area most of the time. Being Coffee Export & Import, our work revolves around moving coffee from one place to another. We spend a lot of time on the phone or checking crates. It isn't always exciting, but it is the work we know how to do. The neighborhood around R. M. Colony is mostly residential, so we try not to make too much noise. Our building is just a regular house-turned-office setup. You can usually find a few of us inside sorting through documents or tracking where the next batch is coming from. Coffee is a big part of life in this part of the country, so we feel like we fit right in. Sometimes the paperwork for the export side gets a bit confusing with all the different rules, but we manage to get through it eventually. We don't have any big signs or bright lights. Most people who come to see us already know where the address is. It is just a straightforward business operation. We drink a lot of coffee ourselves while we work, as you might expect. It’s just us here, keeping things running day by day without any big fuss or complicated systems. We like the way things are in the colony and how the locals go about their business.
