Blossom Flavours

You can find Blossom Flavours at No. 29/2, S.N. Nursery Byrappa Garden on Nanjundappa Road in Ramachandrapura. It’s a bit of a mouthful of an address, but we’re easy enough to find if you’re near the Jalahalli Post. The area has a lot of greenery around, being near a nursery, which is a nice change from the usual industrial blocks. Inside, we have a lot of containers and bottles because of the flavor work we do. It’s a bit like a lab but less sterile and more like a busy workshop. There’s always a faint smell of something sweet or fruity in the air, which we don't even notice anymore, but visitors always mention it. We have a small team here and we’ve all been working together for quite a few years. The space is a bit tight because we have so many samples and records saved up. Sometimes it takes a minute to find exactly what you’re looking for. We don’t really do much in the way of fancy marketing or big presentations. Most of our time is spent mixing things or checking the quality of what’s going out. We use old-fashioned notebooks for a lot of our daily logs because it’s just easier than typing everything. It’s a quiet life for the most part, except when the big delivery trucks try to navigate the narrow entrance to our garden spot.
