Meherun Foundation

We are over here in Hazipara, right by the high school. Most people around here know Abdur Rahman’s house, and that is where we do our thing. House number 58 is where we spend our days. It is not some fancy office with big glass windows or anything like that. It’s just a regular spot in the village where we try to get things done. Some days it is pretty quiet, and other days there is a lot of back and forth. We started this because we saw things that needed doing right here at home. You can usually find someone around if you walk up the path near the school. The weather gets hot in the afternoons, so we usually keep the doors open to catch whatever breeze comes through. It is a simple setup. We don't have a big team of people in suits. It is just us, working out of this house, trying to be useful. If you are walking past the school and see the sign, that is us. We have been in Hazipara for a bit now and it feels like the right place to be. It is not always easy running things from a village house, but we make it work with what we have. We do not use big words or have fancy meetings. We just talk to the neighbors and handle the work as it comes. That is pretty much the whole story of how Meherun Foundation operates.
