Kaushal Prosikshan Private Limited is based in Kaliyaganj, over in Uttar Dinajpur. We’re located in the Chirail area, postcode 733129. We chose this spot because Kaliyaganj is home to a lot of hardworking people who just need a bit of extra training to get ahead. We aren't a big city firm. Most of us live right here in the district. The office is a straightforward place where we get together to plan out our training programs. It’s not very big, but it’s enough for what we do. We focus on "kaushal" or skills, hence the name. We think it’s important for people in our part of West Bengal to have access to the same kinds of learning opportunities you find in Kolkata. It’s a lot of manual work and coordination with local businesses to see what they actually need from employees. We spend a lot of time out in the community talking to people rather than just sitting behind a desk. The building is modest and sits on a regular street in Chirail. If you’re passing through Kaliyaganj, you’ve probably seen us. We don't have any big signs or flashing lights. We just have a small plate by the door and a lot of regular people coming in to better themselves. It's nothing special to look at, but we put in a lot of effort to make sure the training is actually useful for the students here.
