Adityaraj Infracon Private Limited is based out of Mohanpur village. We are located at Surendra Prasad Roy’s place. Since we are right in the Mohanpur block, we don't have to travel far to see how things are going on our projects. We do infrastructure work, which means a lot of time spent on-site making sure everything is level and the supplies show up when they are supposed to. It’s not always easy keeping track of everything, especially when the weather turns bad or a truck gets stuck somewhere, but we manage. Our setup is pretty basic. We don't see the point in having a flashy office when most of our work happens outside on the ground anyway. We have a desk, some chairs, and a lot of files. Most of our day is spent on the phone or walking around the village. We’ve known the people here for a long time, so they know where to find us if they have questions about a project. It’s a local operation, through and through. We don't have a big marketing team or anyone like that. It is just us doing the job we said we would do. If you need to find the office, just look for Surendra’s house in Mohanpur. We are usually there in the mornings before things get too hectic and we have to head out. It is a straightforward way of doing things, and it works for us and the people we work for. We just keep our heads down and do the work.
