You can find us at Joardar Bhaban, which is Plot No. 90 in Mahipal, Kushmandi. We work out of Biplab Joardar’s place. It’s a rural area, so things move a bit slower than in the big cities. Our foundation is mostly about helping out the folks in the surrounding villages. We don't have a big staff, just a few of us who care about the local community. The office is pretty simple, with just the basics to keep our records straight. We spend a lot of time out in the fields or visiting families. It’s more about being there than sitting behind a desk. Sometimes we have meetings under the trees if it’s too hot inside. We don't have any fancy brochures or posters. Most people hear about us through word of mouth. It’s a quiet life here in Kushmandi, but there is always work to do. We try to help with social welfare things whenever we can. It isn't always easy to get resources out here. We make do with what's available. The roads can be rough, especially during the monsoon season. We still go out though. It’s just how we operate. We aren't looking for praise, just trying to be useful to our neighbors. It’s a humble setup, but it’s where we belong. Working together is just the way we get things done.
