We are located out in South Dinajpur, in a place called Mouja-Sitahar in Kumarganj. Our official spot is JL No 111 and Kha No 831. It’s a bit far from the big city lights, but it suits us just fine. Prime International Exports Llp is our business. We deal with moving goods across borders. It’s a lot of work from a rural area, but we have our systems in place. The office is simple. We have our computers, some chairs, and a lot of logbooks. We don't go for any of that modern office decor. We just need a roof and a way to talk to our clients and suppliers. Kumarganj is a quiet place most of the time, which helps when we have to deal with complicated export forms and regulations. We spend a lot of time coordinating with trucks to get stuff to the ports. It’s not always easy because of the distances involved, but we make it work. We aren't a big team, just a few of us who know the trade well. We drink a lot of tea and spend hours on the phone. We don't have any fancy slogans or brochures. We just want to make sure the quality is right before anything leaves the gate. Being in West Bengal, we see all kinds of products pass through our hands. We’ve learned that being honest and just doing the job is the best way to keep things going.
