YEPTHO CONSTRUCTION PRIVATE LIMITED

Yeptho Construction Private Limited is located at House No-246/132 in Thilixu Village. We are specifically over in Block-2, which is a bit of a trek from the main Dimapur hub but it is where we call home. We have been working out of this spot for a while now and most of our neighbors know what we do. It is essentially a family-style operation. We do not have a receptionist or a big board of directors. If you come by, you will likely find someone cleaning a shovel or looking over some blueprints on the wooden table. Village life is good for this kind of work because word of mouth is everything. We take on whatever construction jobs come our way, whether it is a small repair or a bigger building project. The dust and the humidity are just part of the daily routine here. We have a couple of old trucks that we try to keep running as best we can. Most of our time is spent making sure materials show up on time, which is always a bit of a gamble with the local roads. We do not have a fancy website. We just rely on the work we’ve already finished to show people what we can do. It is a simple way of running a business. We pay the workers, finish the task, and then go home.
