We are the Vedanta Aluminium Ltd. Smelter Projects group, and our contact person is Subhashis Ghosh. He is the son of Mr. Saktipada Ghosh. Our office is located in Lumthi Colony in Dimapur, Nagaland, and the pin code is 797112. It might seem a bit unusual for a smelter project to have an office in this part of the country, but this is where we are based. It is a residential neighborhood, so it is fairly quiet around here. Subhashis handles the coordination and the project details from this end. We do not have a giant factory or heavy machinery at this address. It is more of a hub for communication and planning. Nagaland is quite different from the industrial zones in Orissa or other places. We enjoy the pace of life in Dimapur. Lumthi Colony is a good community, and we fit right in. We do not have any big corporate signs or mission statements hanging up. We just have our desks and our equipment to keep track of the smelter work. We have been operating from this spot for a while now. It works for us because it keeps us focused on the administrative side. We are not trying to be fancy or polished. We just do the work that needs to be done for the projects. It is an honest, simple way of working. Most days are just about checking reports and talking to the teams on the ground elsewhere. We just keep the Smelter Projects moving from here in Nagaland.
