Being based in Dimapur for all these years has been an interesting experience for us. Our office is located in the 797112 area, and it’s where we spend most of our daylight hours. It’s a family-run kind of thing, so there isn't any of that corporate talk you hear in bigger cities. We mostly just sit around the main desk and wait for the phone to ring or for someone to walk through the door. Dimapur is a place where everyone seems to be in a hurry, especially near the main transit points. We try to keep our paperwork in order, even though the folders are getting a bit messy lately. There’s always a bit of dust coming in from the street, so we spend some time cleaning the surfaces every morning. It’s a practical setup with just the basics like a computer, a printer that jams sometimes, and a few ledgers for keeping track of the cash. People come to us when they need to get a trip sorted out, whether it’s for work or visiting family. We don't make any big promises, we just do the booking and hand over the papers. The neighborhood is okay, and we know the other shop owners nearby. Sometimes we close a little early if business is slow or if there’s a local event happening. It’s a quiet way to earn a living and we’ve become a regular part of the local scenery here.
